Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is an electronic system used by caregivers to clock in and out. It electronically documents the precise time a service delivery visit begins and ends. The state of Arizona and Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona have selected Sandata as the EVV vendor.
The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) postponed the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) launch date due to technical difficulties. The new EVV launch date is expected to be later in January. Consumer Direct Care Network Arizona will communicate a new launch date soon. For now, please continue to use paper timesheets to submit time worked.
